I tell them - MY AIM IS FOR IT TO BE FOR THE SMALLEST PERIOD OF TIME YOU CHOOSE!
What would you think if you were the client, and the Doctor, Business Mentor, or Therapist for instance, said to you – “My aim is for you to not need me, I am going to teach you how to do this so well for yourself you will only need to see me very occasionally or not at all” Some may think – you’ll never make any money that way – you are eliminating your own clientele!! Not true – there will always be another person to take their place for a period of time in that person’s journey, and why not teach another how to be well and empowered to continue to be well?
At a time when Rural and Regional Communities are being left with limited or no Conventional Medical facilities, the opportunity to better manage and self correct basic Wellness issues through Holistic Natural Therapies is becoming more crucial to both individuals, families and the Business Environment, particularly for the self employed where being sick is not an option. Even in the metropolitan areas, were services may be more accessible, with the current financial environment many families just cannot afford convential medicine solutions. Knowing simple ways of dealing with the every day "ills" and stresses of life for you and your family can make a huge difference to your own sense of being in control of your life and having a sense of hope for a future grounded in health and well being.
The pandemic scare is a classic example of the potential of having to find better ways of dealing with illness, improving our immune system to improve our defence against these viruses, and of being able to manage the multitude of stresses that daily life is now placing in our path.

Why do I focus on stress management, wellness and teaching the client to heal themselves? Kinesiology deliberately focuses on building strengths rather than alleviating “weaknesses” -recognizing that Stress can be both positive or challenging but is a necessary part of existence is a primary factor in learning to manage stress and achieve wellness. When we change our response to, or perception of, stress – we change the environment in which that stressor has existed.
If we know that our own health and well being is in our hands to a very large degree then we are less stressed, more in control, and more able to make the decisions which bring us well being and longevity.
